Plan ahead and invite patients to your online clinic in advance. Simply copy the static link to your virtual waiting room and share it with your patients at any time. Add the link to your booking system, calendar and so on. When the time for a consultation approaches, the patient clicks the link, fills in their name and enters your virtual waiting room.
